The competition for the tax offices in Calle Padre Damián in Madrid was a very special moment for the studio. We don’t normally do a competition with several studios, but after the difficulties caused by the pandemic, we felt the need to do so. Moreover, we did it for three studios that we are particularly fond of. This was possible because the nature of each proposal was extremely different and being an official competition, the images would be a complement but by no means the only reason for victory. This is the proposal from Ayala Architects, perhaps the most demanding in terms of deadlines.
